Ingredients
- 1 kg duck, cut into pieces
- 2 large onions, finely sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Steps
- Marinate duck with salt, turmeric, and chili powder. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until raw smell disappears.
- Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add marinated duck and spices. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
- Reduce the liquid if necessary and roast the duck until dry and browned.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
